Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled through our secure identity provider (TENEO Auth) using industry-standard JWT tokens and httpOnly cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI and Data Processing

Our platform uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) for specific analytical tasks such as deal risk assessment, maintenance classification, and transaction categorization. AI processing is targeted and logged — every AI call records what was asked, what was answered, and the associated cost. Your property and financial data is used only to provide analysis you request and is not used to train AI models.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (teneo_session) to maintain your authentication state. We also store authentication tokens in your browser's local storage. We use analytics tracking (AnalyticsOS) to understand usage patterns. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
